Xiaomi’s Redmi line is a budget-friendly lineup that is famous for providing good specs at an affordable price. After launching Redmi not 9 series in Pakistan, Xiaomi launched Redmi 9 in Pakistan and its neighboring country.
Xiaomi is taking the Pakistani market very seriously as the Company launched its budget-friendly device in China and Pakistan on the same day. Apart from this device, the Chinese tech giant is launching almost all the products in Pakistan which were launched in India and China.

Redmi 9 Specs:
Redmi 9 comprises of a 6.53-inch IPS LCD panel with a due drop notch at the center. The LCD panel comes with 1080*2340 pixels with an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. The due drop holds an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
On the internal side, there is MediaTek G80 gaming chipset, which gives a much better gaming experience at this price range. The massive 5020 mAh battery will give users easily two days battery life and can be top with 18W fast charger via type-C provided in the box. On the software side, there is latest MIUI 10 on top of Android 10.
On the rare side, there are four rare cameras along with dual-tone LED flash and fingerprint scanner. A 13-megapixels wide-angle lens with an 8-megapixels ultrawide lens along with 5-megapixels macro lens for closeup shots. There is an additional 2-megapixel lens for depth present in the LED flash module.
Redmi 9: Chinese vs Global:
When compared to the Chinese model there is a difference to the Redmi 9 launched in Pakistan and India. The Chinese variant of Redmi 9 launch with dual-band Wi-Fi of 2.2 GHz and 5 GHz while the global model of Redmi 9 which launched in Pakistan debut with 2.4 GHz single band. The second difference is the global model launched with MIUI 11 compare to the Chinese variant which debuts with MIUI 12 out of the box.

Xiaomi launch three variants in China, 4GB Ram with 64GB internal storage priced at ¥799 ($113), 4GB of RAM with 128GB internal storage priced at (¥999 ($141) and 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage priced at ¥1199 ($170). All the variants come with four color options.
In Pakistan, the device is available in only storage option. The Available option is $GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage at a competitive price of Rs 27,499 ($163). Carbon Grey and Sunset Purple are the color options for the users in Pakistan. The device is available on MiStore.Pk.
