Chinese smartphone brand VIVO under its subbrand iQOO last month announced iQOO 3 with 5G capabilities and with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. Today the VIVO sub-brand has gone further by announcing iQOO Neo 3 with a higher refresh rate display of 144Hz snapdragon 865 and a 44W fast charging at $380.

Display and Design:
The display and design of the iQOO Neo 3 are similar to the smartphones these days. The phones have a 6.57 inches IPS LCD with a panel of a higher refresh rate of 144Hz. The phone has an aspect ratio of 20:9 and is HDR10 compliant.
The display has a latest in trend punch-hole cut-out at the top right corner to house a 16 megapixels selfie camera.
The phone has a plastic body and it weighs around 198.1 g which is decent. On the software ends, there is iQOO UI on top of Android 10.

The phone is powered by the latest flagship outing from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 865 with Adreno 650 GPU for better gaming performance. iQOO Neo 3 offers four varients that are 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 12GB RAM with 128GB storage or 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. The storage is UFS 3.1 and there is no option for the expandable storage.
There are three cameras on the rare side in a vertical module with 48 megapixels f/1.8 main sensor, 8-megapixel f/2.2 lens, and 2 megapixels f/2.4 macro lens. The rear cameras can record at 1080p and 2160p at 30 frames per second.
The front has a 16 megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera which can record videos of 1080p at 30 frames per second.
The iQOO Neo 3 has a 4500 mAh battery pack which supports the 45W fast charging via Type-C. The 45W fast charger can charge 50% in 20 minutes and 100% in 58 minutes as advertised.
The iQOO Neo 3 has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security with all the necessary sensors like accelerometer and proximity. The phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a stereo speaker for better audio.
iQOO Neo 3 Price:
The pricing for the base model 6GB/128GB starts at $380, for 8GB/128GB the price is $423, for 12GB/128GB the price is $468 and for 8GB/256GB the price is $480. The phone will be available in Blue and Dark Black color option.
The pre-order of the phone is started and the phone will be available for sale on 29th April 2020. VIVO is planning to launch its sub-brand iQOO in Pakistan in the near future but the exact date is not yet confirmed when this will be available in Pakistan.
